Booking & payment
How does payment work?+
Direct booking via Pix. When you submit a reservation, we email you the Pix details. After payment confirmation, the reservation is confirmed and we send all check-in details.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Between 14 and 2 days before, we refund 50%. Less than 48h before, no refund.
Is there a minimum age to book?+
Yes. The booker must be 18 or older. Younger guests are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Do you offer long-stay discounts?+
Yes. Weekly stays (7+ nights) get 10% off. Monthly stays (28+ nights) get 15% off. The discount is applied automatically to the total when you pick your dates on the calendar.
How do New Year's Eve and high season work?+
For New Year's Eve, the minimum stay is 7 nights. New Year's and high season (December/January, July, Carnival) book up fast — reserve well in advance to secure your dates. Rates are higher during these periods and already reflected on the calendar.
Can I host visitors at the flat?+
Only guests registered on the booking can enter the flat or use the hotel's common areas. External visitors aren't allowed under condo rules. If you need to include someone, just let us know before check-in so we can adjust the booking.
About the flat
How many people fit in the flat?+
Up to 6 guests. The nightly rate covers 2 people; each extra guest costs R$ 50 per night. Comfortable for 5 adults or 4 adults with 2 small children. Only guests registered on the booking can enter — visitors are not allowed.
Do you accept kids?+
Yes, of any age. Guests under 3 stay free. From 4 years old, they count as an extra guest (R$ 50/night). We don't have a crib available.
Are pets allowed?+
No. The flat does not accept pets.
Is smoking allowed?+
No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the flat or in the hotel's common areas — subject to fine.
Can we throw a party or event?+
No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Speakers are not allowed in the hotel's common areas.
Is the living-room sofa bed comfortable for an adult?+
The sofa bed comfortably fits 1 adult or up to 2 small children. For groups of 5 adults, the sofa bed works as an extra bed but is tighter than the bedroom beds. Couples or 4 adults fit comfortably without needing the sofa bed.

Is there parking?+
Yes. Hotel parking for R$ 20/day, paid directly at reception. Limit of 1 car per booking.
What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in from 2 PM. Check-out by 12 PM. On arrival, head to the Pipa's Bay reception and share the booking name — the team will walk you to flat 117. 24h reception.
Is there Wi-Fi?+
Yes, throughout the flat.
What's in the kitchen?+
Double-door fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, cold-water dispenser and full utensils. No stovetop — that is the standard for flats inside Pipa's Bay. For full meals, the hotel has a restaurant and the main street of Pipa (with dozens of restaurants) is 200 m away.
How do I get to the flat from the airport?+
Natal airport (NAT) is about 1h15min by car from Pipa. Uber/taxi runs around R$ 200-250. Shared transfer is R$ 70-100 per person and needs to be booked in advance. If you prefer, we can share contacts of trusted drivers with fixed rates — just ask before your trip.
Are sheets, towels and toiletries provided?+
Yes. Bed linen, pillowcases, duvets, bath and hand towels are included and changed every stay. There's also complimentary liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper.
Is breakfast included?+
Not included in the nightly rate. Pipa's Bay hotel offers breakfast for R$ 35 per person, paid directly at reception. The main street of Pipa, 200 m away, has several bakeries and cafes. The flat's kitchen also lets you prepare your own breakfast without a stove — coffee maker, fridge and microwave.
Is the condo secure? Is it kid-friendly?+
Yes. Pipa's Bay has 24h gate, 24h reception and on-site security. Common areas (pools, gourmet area) are all enclosed and monitored. Families with kids feel comfortable here — the main pool has a shallow area, and the flat is on the first floor with an enclosed balcony.
How far from the beach is the flat?+
Pipa's Bay is 10 m from Pipa's main beach — just cross the street and you're on the sand. The center of Pipa, with the main restaurants, bars and shops, is 200 m from the hotel on the same street. Praia do Madeiro is a few minutes away by car or walking along the road.
Do I need to show ID at check-in?+
Yes. All guests (adults and kids) must show photo ID at the Pipa's Bay reception during check-in. ID, driver's license or passport works. It's a hotel requirement for guest registration.
Does the hotel have a restaurant? What's nearby?+
Pipa's Bay has breakfast (R$ 35/person, paid at reception) and a swim-up bar at the rooftop pool. Across the street from the hotel there's a third-party beachfront restaurant open to everyone. At 200 m, in downtown Pipa, you'll find dozens of restaurants, bars and dessert shops.
What's the voltage of the outlets?+
In Rio Grande do Norte (and Pipa) the standard voltage is 220V. Outlets follow the Brazilian standard (NBR 14136 — flat round pins). If you're coming from abroad, bring an adapter.
How do I see the dolphins at Baía dos Golfinhos?+
Walk along Praia do Centro during low tide. Dolphins show up regularly in the early morning. Check the tide chart before going — at high tide you can't cross via the beach. Boat tours from downtown Pipa also take you out to see the dolphins.
